Can I Carry Food, Water and Other Essentials Inside the Stadium?
You are allowed to carry medium sized clear bags and backpacks (not larger than 12” x 6” x 12”), plastic water bottles (sealed), sunscreen, and seat cushions inside the stadium. You can also carry diaper bags when accompanying a child. Guests with a medical condition will need to get their medicine bags inspected and sealed. -
Can I Host a Personal Event at the Levi’s Football Stadium?
With luxurious event spaces, upscale catering options and state-of-the-art technology, Levi’s Stadium is an attractive option for events of all types. Venues at the stadium include the NRG Solar Terrace and the 49ers field of play. Request a proposal from the stadium for more details. -
Can I Bring Food into The SAP Center?
For family events and even Sharks game nights, guests can bring in outside food and also non-alcoholic beverages. For other events including concerts, WWE, Basketball matches, and other Live performances, outside food and drinks are not permitted. Check the event listing online for details on do’s and don’ts. -
Where Can I Park at The SAP Center?
There is ample parking for guests visiting the SAP Center for games and events. There are two dedicated parking lots with more than 1,500 spaces and entrances located on Santa Clara Street and Julian Street. These are paid spots costing $10-$25 (cash only) per vehicle, depending on the event. Visitors can also park at one of the nearby garages or street parking spots, that are cheaper, like the San Pedro Square garage for just $7 on event days. The SAP Center doors open 75 minutes before Sharks games and about 1 hour before other events -- so be sure to arrive early. -
Are there any pre-game activities or entertainment options for visitors arriving early?
Gates open two hours before each game. Visitors can take a walk around the beautifully landscaped stadium, grab a bite at the multiple food stalls, or sit down for a beverage/glass of beer at the longest bar in North America. Many times there is a giveaway before games too.

Does PayPal Park have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free GoQuakes Wi-Fi is available to all fans. The stadium offers high bandwidth Wi-Fi service, powered by PayPal Park's WLan9100 solution for seamless connectivity across the 18,000 seats at the stadium. -
Is there an ATM inside the Convention Center?
The Convention Center has three onsite ATM machines. Two are located on the first level and one is located on the second level. -
Where Can I Park at The San Jose Convention Center?
With its own garage on-site, parking at the San Jose Convention Center is simple and convenient. The garage is open 6am-6pm daily and parking fees are $1 per 20 minutes, with a $20 daily maximum. Special event pricing may apply. For those peddling in, covered bike racks are located just inside the garage. The convention center is also well-connected to public transportation including Light Rail, Caltrain and the free downtown shuttle. -
Are children allowed? Do they need tickets?
Yes, children are allowed. For musicals and Broadway shows, children ages 2+ years need tickets. For family shows, children ages 1+ need tickets. -
Can I Carry Food Inside the Theater?
No, outside food and beverage are not allowed. Visitors can grab a bite or enjoy a drink at the multiple concession stalls and bar areas inside the center. -
What special events take place at California's Great America?
California’s Great America hosts many family-friendly events throughout the year. Enjoy food and music festivals, like Red, White and Brews. Indulge in spooky fun during Halloween with The Great Pumpkin Fest and the Halloween Haunt. Adrenaline junkies can enjoy exclusive ride times every summer with special passes, or watch the skies light up during the Independence Day fireworks. -
What time is the park open during summer?
During the hot summer months, the park is open from 10 am to 10 pm with Boomerang Bay open from 11 am to 6 pm (with reduced hours and random closures on this schedule so check before you go). -
Can You Stay at The Winchester Mystery House?
Yes, guests that wish to stay at the Winchester Mystery House can do so after seeking legal permission to spend the night in one of the mansion's 160 rooms. The House also has secured permits that allow consumption of alcohol during the stay. -
Can I Take Pictures Inside the Mystery House?
Photography is allowed during daytime tours inside the mansion. Videography and live streaming is not allowed due to copyright issues. -
How Late Can a Concert Run at the Shoreline Amphitheatre?
The general end time for most concerts is 11pm at Shoreline. While some concerts may continue past 11pm, the authorities allow no longer than 30 minutes after the show. -
How Do I Get to The Shoreline Amphitheatre and Where Do I Park?
General parking is included in the ticket price. Only one road, Amphitheatre Parkway, goes in and out of the venue parking lot, making it challenging to leave the venue post an event. Once in the parking lot, keep in mind that no tailgating is allowed. Make sure you bring a sweatshirt or jacket to shield from the wind, especially if you sit in the lawn area during performances. -
What is the Live Music Schedule at the San Pedro Square Market?
The market currently hosts live music 6 nights a week (Trivia is on the 7th night of the week). Every Tuesday to Thursday, the music runs from 6-9pm, Friday and Saturday, from 7-10pm, and Sundays from 2-5pm. -
Can My Kids Play in the Plaza?
Yes, as with any open-air environment, children are welcome to play. We request that children be accompanied by parents or caretakers at all points and not be allowed to trample plants or climb onto planters. -
How can I get around downtown LA?
Taxi and Uber service is available throughout downtown Los Angeles, but the city is also serviced by Metro rail and DASH bus service, making it easy to get around town. Union Station, the area's main transportation hub, offers Amtrak and Metrolink service, plus the Dodger Stadium Express which offers free trips to Dodger Stadium for ticketholders. -
What neighborhoods are in downtown Los Angeles?
Downtown LA is a dense area made up of more than 15 neighborhoods and districts that often overlap. Some of the more popular neighborhoods for tourists are Chinatown, the Fashion District, Little Tokyo, the Arts District, and South Park, where the LA Convention Center and Staples Center are located. -
When is the best time to visit to avoid long lines at Universal Studios?
Weekday mornings and early afternoons have the shortest lines for attractions at Universal Studios. You can get early park admission when you buy your ticket online or you can skip the lines and get priority seating at shows with a Universal Express ticket. -
Are there places to eat at or near Universal Studios?
You’ll find more than 25 restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and food trucks throughout Universal Studios Hollywood, many of which will look familiar from the screen, like Moe's Tavern. For additional and more upscale dining experiences, head to CityWalk just outside the park, featuring more than 30 restaurants and bars.
